Intentions I’ve set for 2023 🎉

I like to set intentions instead of goals. For some reason, I just don't vibe with the word "goals."

Maybe it has to do with all those years growing up thinking I understood what teachers or authority figures needed from me only to later find out somewhere along the line the goalpost was moved.

Just me? 🤷‍♀️

But I digress…

1. Be unapologetically me.

I've been called kind, strong willed, quirky (especially since I can't get a cliché right to save.my.life!) and a nurturer.

I used to balk at that last one. Come on! I'm supposed to be a badass.

Guess what? I finally accepted that you can be both. And I'm running with it, Baby!! 🤘😄

2. Tap further into my intuition.

One good thing that came out of 2022 was a deeper relationship with my intuition.

Whew! Girl! I didn't think I was so removed from that little voice inside me telling me what I really wanted and needed until I did some major energy healing this year.

More of that in 2023, please. 🙋‍♀️

3. Connect more with you, my Peeps!

It's really hard to make the paradigm shift to visibility when you've been told and rewarded most of your life for "going with the flow" or "not making waves."

That doesn't serve ANYONE.

So prepare to get to know me better through weekly engagements via lives in our private Mighty Network group, The Empowered Money Crew, and on Instagram. You can find me over on Instagram @KatFrogosa

I can't wait! 🤗💞

P.S. I have opened my 1:1 coaching sessions for January. Reply to this email if you're interested in building your $10K emergency fund in 2023.

P.P.S. Curious about the Empowered Money Crew? Come on over and check us out!. We hold weekly co-working sessions where we work on those money tasks we like to procrastinate on. It’s super focused time with someone so you’re not alone while doing boring work and you get the accountability to finally check it off your list.
