It's ok to not be ok

I was going to write about money mapping today, but I changed my mind.

Because Babe, I see you. 

You're a high achiever who's used to writing down those goals and rocking them each and every time.

But lately? Not so much, right? πŸ™„

Take a sneak peak into my world for a minute: 

Friday, I closed my door and sat at my desk for half an hour and cried. 😭

Sunday, my best friend told me she had a similar experience that morning. And we're not the only ones.

You know what? After my cry, I felt better. I gave myself permission to be ok with not being ok.

On the outside you may be going through the motions. And frankly whatever that looks like for you is OK right now.

I'm holding space for all of you lovelies that are getting through some tough, emotional times.
